Technology
The INFA-JETRON AJB is a fully automatic silo filter for dust separating of exhaust air from silos or containers filled by pneumatic pressure. The easy handling during assembly and maintenance, the durability and reliability as well as the low price have satisfied our clients since launch of this filter. A special design for low temperatures down to -40 °C is available as well as a version for food, where all components in contact with the product are approved according to regulation EU 1935/2004 and EU 10/2011.
Standard design features
- Silo-top filter with pneumatic cleaning unit, filter housing made of stainless steel and hinged weather cowl
- Cartridge filter / bag filter with pneumatic jet-pulse cleaning for continuous operating
- standard: +/- 50 mbar, up to 60 °C
- Easy exchange of filter media to the clean gas side without tools because of quick clamping device
- Well-balanced ratio between filter surface and dimensioning of housing to support maximum conveyor capacities during de-dusting of pneumatic transport processes
- Space-saving compact design, e.g. compressed air reservoir and control unit are integrated within the weather cowl
- Alternatively filter cartridges or filter bags

Technology
The INFA-JETRON AJP ..4 silo filter uses the advantages of the AJB and matches them with identical flange size of the shaker filter AM 204, which has been installed on silos for many years. The connecting flanges on the silos don‘t have to be changed if a mechanically cleaned AM 204 is exchanged by a jet-pulse filter. These costs are saved if investing in a new filter.
The filter can be applied for de-dusting of pneumatic or mechanical conveying processes as well as of processing machines, e.g. dosing plants, sieves, mills, mixers, air locks, sack tipping units etc.

- Standard +/- 50 mar, up to 60 °C
- Easy exchange of filter media to the clean gas side without tools because of quick clamping device

Top filter Infa-Jetron AJP ..2
Vent filter for dustfree loadings into silos and tanks.
Technology
The version as top filter (INFA-JETRON AJP ..2) is venting filter, to carry out loading processes without dust emissions. It is built very sturdily to install it directly above the loading system at the silo. The filter cartridges are arranged in parallel. This reduces depth of the filter housing and makes their access easier in case of maintenance.
With 15 m² and 20 m² filter surface the INFA-JETRON AJP ..2 is generously equipped for this job. The filter cartridges are changed in normal operating height via a big access door to the raw gas side. A fan flanged at the clean gas chamber takes care for the necessary suction pressure in the loading system.

- Rectangular top filter made of mild steel, consisting of closed filter housing, filter cartridges and pneumatic cleaning unit
- Adapter piece from the filter to the connection flange of the loading system
- Space-saving compact design with filter cartridges arranged in parallel, changeable to the raw gas side via a big access door
- Housing strength up to +/- 50 mbar g
