Silo filter INFA-VARIO-JET IPV
Highlights
The Infa-Vario-Jet IPV is a fully automatic silo filter for dust separating of exhaust air from silos or containers, e. g. during filling by pneumatic pressure. Assembly and maintenance are easy to handle. The silo filter is characterized by durability and reliability. Among manifold optional features, a design for low temperature to -40 °C is as well available as a version for use when producing food. All components in contact with the product are approved according to regulations EU 1935/2004 and EU10/20
Standard design features
- Silo-top filter with pneumatic cleaning unit
- Pneumatic jet-pulse cleaning for continous operating
- Standard: +/- 50 mbar, up to 80°C, explosion pressure shock resistant up to 2 bar according to DIN EN 14460
- Explosion protected design according to directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX)
- filter housing and all components in contact with the product / dust made of stainless steel
- Balanced ratio between filter surface and housing dimension for support of maximum conveyor performance
- Optionally filter cartridges or filter bags
Options
- Electronic control unit for filter cleaning controlled by time cycle or differential pressure with lag
- Clean gas outlet with protective grid
- Hot gas design up to 130 °C
- Filter media available in different qualities (e.g suitable for food according to regulation EU 1935/2005 and EU 10/2011)
