Recycling, disposal
Many industrial waste disposal plants emit and release dust to the environment by shredders, mills, waste bunkers or by cutting, mixing, sorting, transporting, filling etc. The special challenge lies in the undefined diversity and composition of arising products and dusts. Without a well-engineered filter system this would lead to pollution, contamination and risks to health.
Infastaub manufactures appropriate dust extraction systems for many applications in this sector in order to comply with legal requirements and reduce risks to health efficiently.
Dedusting of an air classifier
For conditioning of demolition rubble, this is chopped up first in a crusher and afterwards dropped into an air classifier to remove the dust and other debris from the crushed material. The exhaust air of the classifier is cleaned in an INFA-MAT dust collector.
Additional equipment:
- Slide damper with motor drive at the dust discharge of the filter.
- Control unit for regulation of cleaning, fan and slide damper.
- Cleaning is triggered by differential pressure switch at 7 mbar g.
