Cartridge filter for several suction points of a tablet press
A cartridge filter type INFA-MICRON MPR 2/20-2/20 cares for a clean production of pharmaceutical products by gathering the dust at several suction points from a tablet press.
Separation efficiency with a residual dust content of 0.001 mg/m³ is achieved thanks to the two-stage filter unit. The volume flow amounts to 1,300 m³/h with a raw gas dust content of 5 g/m³. The filter cartridges of the 1st filter stage meet the IFA dust class M and the 2nd filter stage achieves H13 quality according to DIN EN 1822. The safe-change system ensures a change of filter media and dust collecting bin without releasing dust into surrounding area. Staff handling active substances and environment are appropriately protected thereby.
